Peter pointed me in the direction of a new blog today, called Technical Careers @ Microsoft, written by two Microsoft recruiters, Zoe and Gretchen. First glance shows that they have lots of great advice from how to handle a phone interview with a human resources representative, to resume tips, Zoe and Gretchen offer some great advice.
